Set within the historic landscapes of Gibbston Valley and the Crown Range, Judge & Jury Village sits at the gateway to the “valley of vines.” We are surrounded by deep Central Otago history. Iconic landmarks like the Judge & Jury rocks, the historic Kawarau Bridge, and Chard Farm are all within reach. Additionally, the Queenstown Trail network runs right past our front door. This connects you to the Gibbston Valley and Two Rivers trails, offering endless ways to enjoy the region’s splendour.

The Space
The Farmhouse offers a spacious and inviting alpine retreat, perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. Set in a stunning rural location, this large home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two well-appointed levels.
The ground floor is designed for socialising and comfort. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining area, and a large living room. Additionally, the downstairs level includes a practical laundry and a full bathroom for your convenience.
Upstairs, you will find all four bedrooms and a second modern bathroom. This elevated level provides a peaceful sanctuary with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and rivers. The house is designed to be warm and comfortable throughout the year. Furthermore, guests enjoy complete privacy with dedicated access and ample private parking. With a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, The Farmhouse is the perfect base for your Southern Lakes adventure.
Unrivalled Access
Located in the heart of the “Valley of Vines,” you will find attractions for everyone. Adrenaline junkies can jump from the famous Kawarau Bungy Bridge or fly across the Nevis Canyon. Alternatively, you can take an informative journey through some of the world’s finest vineyards.
The Queenstown Cycle Trail runs right past our front gate. This connects you to Arrowtown and Queenstown—a perfect trip for adventurous e-bikers. Additionally, three world-class ski fields are within a 40km drive: Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Cardrona. During summer, the area transforms into an active multi-sport arena. You can also enjoy a selection of local concerts and live gigs. Our estate is perfectly located for direct access to the adventure capital of the world!
Other things to note
The Farmhouse is a two-level home, so guests should be comfortable using a staircase to access the bedrooms. Additionally, please note that we are a working farm. We are currently performing infrastructure work and improvements across the estate. All work occurs during social hours to ensure minimal impact on your stay.
