The space

The Loft offers a stylish, studio-style escape set across two levels in a stunning rural alpine location. Please note that The Loft is a strictly adults-only retreat due to the stairs. This unique space is designed for comfort and features spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

The layout is split across two levels connected by stairs. The downstairs area features a practical mudroom, full laundry facilities, and a modern bathroom with luxurious underfloor heating.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and the master bedroom. This upper level is kept perfectly warm with efficient gas heating. Furthermore, guests enjoy complete privacy with their own dedicated access and private parking. For entertainment, The Loft provides a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration.

Guest access

Located in the heart of the “Valley of Vines,” you will find attractions for everyone. Adrenaline junkies can jump from the famous Kawarau Bungy Bridge or fly across the Nevis Canyon. Alternatively, you can take an informative journey through some of the world’s finest vineyards.

The Queenstown Cycle Trail runs right past our front gate. This connects you to Arrowtown and Queenstown—a perfect trip for adventurous e-bikers. Additionally, three world-class ski fields are within a 40km drive: Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Cardrona. During summer, the area transforms into an active multi-sport arena. You can also enjoy a selection of local concerts and live gigs. Our estate is perfectly located for direct access to the adventure capital of the world!

Because the bedroom and living areas are located upstairs, guests must be comfortable using a staircase.
