This boutique Gibbston Valley accommodation offers a peaceful, high-country retreat steeped in local heritage. While we sit just a short drive from the buzz of the village, our estate provides more privacy and space than most Arrowtown accommodation.
Guests enjoy direct access to the Queenstown Trail network, with the Gibbston and Two Rivers trails passing right by the property. Whether you spend your day walking to Chard Farm or cycling toward the Kawarau Bridge, The Cottage provides the ultimate base to explore the beauty of our alpine landscape.

Our rural alpine location offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and rivers. The Cottage is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. It features a spacious kitchen, dining area, and a lounge with a cozy log burner for cooler nights.
The two-bedroom cottage sleeps five guests comfortably. Bedroom One offers a king bed, while Bedroom Two includes a queen bed and a king single. Furthermore, the Cottage features a modern, warm bathroom and full laundry facilities. For outdoor living, you can enjoy a BBQ on warmer evenings. Bifold doors open from the dining area to create a seamless alfresco experience. Finally, our comfy armchairs provide the perfect spot to savour an evening Pinot Noir while taking in the view.

Located in the heart of the “Valley of Vines,” you will find attractions for everyone. Adrenaline junkies can jump from the famous Kawarau Bungy Bridge or fly across the Nevis Canyon. Alternatively, you can take an informative journey through some of the world’s finest vineyards.
The Queenstown Cycle Trail runs right past our front gate. This connects you to Arrowtown and Queenstown—a perfect trip for adventurous e-bikers. Additionally, three world-class ski fields are within a 40km drive: Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Cardrona. During summer, the area transforms into a multi-sport arena with events for the whole family. You can also enjoy an extensive selection of concerts and live gigs nearby. Our estate is perfectly located for direct access to the adventure capital of the world!
